By what date should I place my order so that it arrives in time for Christmas?

We will still dispatch after these dates, however, cannot guarantee delivery in time for Christmas.

When will my hamper be delivered?

Deliveries are made during business hours Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

A dispatch notification email with courier tracking information will be sent upon dispatch – it may take up to 24 hours for the first tracking scan to register.

Estimated delivery times:
NSW, ACT, QLD, VIC metro: 1-3 business days
SA metro: 3-5 business days
TAS metro: 4-5 business days
WA, NT metro: 5-7 business days
All regional areas: 1-2 additional business days to metro estimates

Deliveries during the lead-up up Christmas can take longer than the estimates above – please be aware that extra time should be allowed to accommodate any unforeseen delivery delays during this peak period.

Can I personalise the message or gift card on individual hampers?
Yes. Simply type your message in the labelled section during checkout and it will be handwritten on the greeting card.

What payment methods can I use on Mudgee Hampers?
We accept payment by MasterCard, Visa and AMEX.

Where goes Mudgee Hampers deliver?
Mudgee Gourmet Hampers delivers Australia wide. Unfortunately due to food shipment restrictions we are unable to delivery outside Australia at this time.

How do I know if Mudgee Hampers received my order?
We will send you an automatic confirmation email as soon as you place your order online. This email will include a receipt of your order.

You will also receive a second email confirming dispatch and tracking details once your order has been successfully processed.
